“ I didn't realize that the restaurant was under a new management. I wrote a review before for Yoshi Ramen and found out that it's now Raku Ramen. I have to admit, the food was a bit better than the previous restaurant. There is more attempt on getting more authentic flavors. My Tori Katsu was miles better than what was offered before however the Katsudon was a bit of a let down. I'm not sure what type of meat was used for it but it was a darker color than usual and a bit chewy. The umami flavors of the dashi were there though so I can give some credit for that. As an artist myself, it was also a bit of a letdown to see AI posters on the walls of the establishment. It cheapens the vibe a bit and I would have much preferred any other poster of some kind but that is just my personal taste and it wouldn't be unfair for me to judge my rating on these. All the stars are mostly for the servers. They were definitely the stars of the service and they were very accommodating to any of our requests. I'm very happy with the service! Maybe it's a mistake of mine for not trying Ramen on a warm sunny day but if I ever give the restaurant another shot I'd say maybe stick to ramen and not the donburis. ”

“ Overall, a very lovely ramen restaurant in Reims! I had the Miso Ramen which is rich in flavor and has authentic broth. I also had the Takoyaki which I forgot to take pictures but also very good. Moreover, all the staff were warm and welcoming so I had a nice experience eating. Totally recommend! ”
